How we turned a bland brand into the market’s proud number two

There was a change of management at CZC in 2014. We worked with the new team to audit the brand and discovered that we had a problem. People thought CZC was a forgettable business being run out of a garage. Not even its employees showed pride in the place where they worked.

CZC may be the number two, but the results were definitely numero uno

We doubled top-of-mind awareness of the brand

We increased spontaneous awareness from 36% in spring 2017 to 56% in spring 2020

Since the new brand concept was launched, we have outstripped market growth every year
